Know before you go
•Bookings should be made 72 hours in advance for security clearances. •Aerobatic flights are a weather-dependent sport. In the event of cancellation by the Supplier due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket. •For aerobatic flights, Action Flight requires you to be at or below the height and weight requirements: Max. Height: 1.93m/6’4” Max. Weight: 110.0 kg/240 lbs •You must be at least 12 years or older on the day of your activity, have parental consent, and must be capable of following pilot instructions and getting in and out of the aircraft unassisted. •You should not scuba dive 24 hours before the date of your flight. •All passengers, as part of the activity, must self-certify that they are medically fit to undertake the activity. This experience is not suitable for pregnant women. • Because the aerobatic aircraft will depart from RAK International Airport, YOU MUST BRING YOUR VALID PASSPORT. •Please note that the pilot in charge has the final absolute discretion to refuse to permit any person if, in his opinion, that person may be a danger to the flight, such as people who failed or were unable to follow safety instructions, or if a person is physically unable to perform safety protocols. (Brace position, etc).
•Launch Site: RAK International Airport. Please note that transfers to RAK International Airport are not included.
•IMPORTANT: Airport security pre-approval is required FOR ALL PASSENGERS. This means that at the time of booking, the following is required:
1. Passport
2. Passport photo
3. Valid VISA, or UAE national ID
4. working mobile phone number for the verification message
•All passengers must send a copy of their Identity documents as stated above to [email protected] after the booking is made.
•All passengers must complete the liability waiver document at the venue before the activity.
