Know before you go
Dress code: Wear athletic clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes (no sandals or loose items). Suggest to carry sunscreen and sunglasses for midday flights. Be prepared for chilly mountain air in the winter—bring a jacket or extra layer.
A valid ID (passport or Emirates ID) is required for all participants. Those under 18 must have a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian.
Health & age restrictions: Minimum weight - 40 kg; Minimum height - 130 cm. Must be in good physical and medical condition. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances.
Phones are not allowed during the ride. Participants may bring with them a GoPro (mounts and rentals may be available).
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or missed bookings.
