It is located in Jebel Jais, Ras Al Khaimah. Know before you go
• Dress code: Athletic clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes (no skirts, dresses, flip flops, crocs, sandals, high heels or loose footwear). Suggest carrying sunscreen and sunglasses for midday flights. Be prepared for chilly mountain air in the winter—bring a jacket or extra layer.
• A valid ID (passport or Emirates ID) is required for all participants.
• Age Restrictions: Minimum age is 10 years old. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accompany the participant and provide a signed waiver.
• Health Restrictions: Weight - 40 - 120kg; Minimum height - 130 cm. Participants must be in good physical and medical condition. Participants must not be under the influence of any impairing substances.
• Phones are not allowed during the ride. Participants may bring with them a GoPro (mounts and rentals may be available).
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time to Jais Adventure Park Welcome Center.
• No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
• The average experience time is from 60 – 90 minutes.
• Weather conditions may have an impact on your experience.
