Know before you go
Dress code: Wear athletic clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes with good grip (no sandals, skirts, flip flops, high heels or loose items). Suggest to carry sunscreen and sunglasses for midday tours. Be prepared for chilly mountain air in the winter—bring a jacket or extra layer.
Minimum age: 12 years old. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accompany the participant and provide a signed waiver.
Weight and Height: Participants must meet specific weight (40-120 kg) and height (122-130 cm) requirements. Participants must be in good health and feel well on the day of the tour. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances.
A valid ID (passport or Emirates ID) is required for all participants. Those under 18 must have a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian.
Phones are not allowed during the ride. Participants may bring with them a GoPro (mounts and rentals may be available).
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or missed bookings.
