Ticket Selection – Important Information
•Important: Your height must meet the requirements for the ticket you select. Please choose the correct ticket accordingly.
•Child Ticket: Ages 3–7 years AND under 1.2m in height. If a child is 3–7 years old but taller than 1.2m, an Adult Ticket must be purchased.
•Adult Ticket: Ages 8 years and above AND 1.2m or taller.
•Aquaventure Waterpark reserves the right to inspect all bags for any such items.
•We recommend visiting the Aquarium in the morning between 10:00 AM 01:00 PM to avoid inconvenience.
•Keep in mind that Aquaventure closes at 05:30 pm, plan your day accordingly, and take advantage of all the thrilling water rides and attractions available to you.
•Bring this booking confirmation with you on the day of the visit. You can present it printed out or on your phone. With this ticket, you’ll be able to walk straight up to the entrance lanes. For Aquaventure Day Pass: Entrance for the waterpark will be at the Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza, and entrance to the aquarium will be at The Lost World Aquarium.
•If you require any additional add-ons such as towels, lockers, or meal deals, you can purchase these once you’ve entered Aquaventure at any of our Guest Services kiosks in the park. •Please note that in the high season, such as school holidays, winter holidays, or Easter holidays, the queues to the rides might be long. Depending on availability, the AquaXpress can be purchased at the entrance or the guest service kiosk inside the park.
