Ticket Selection – Important Information
•Important: Your height must meet the requirements for the ticket you select. Please choose the correct ticket accordingly.
•Child Ticket: Ages 3–7 years AND under 1.2m in height. If a child is 3–7 years old but taller than 1.2m, an Adult Ticket must be purchased.
•Adult Ticket: Ages 8 years and above AND 1.2m or taller.
Important Voucher Information: The voucher must be presented at the Customer Service Desk to exchange for an entry ticket. You may show it printed or on your phone, as long as the QR code and voucher are clearly visible. Redemption is only valid on the selected event date. Date changes are not allowed. Children under the age of 2 enter for free. Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Opening hours: Daily from 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Hours may vary without prior notice.
