Know before you go
The pick-up and drop-off option is available from a hotel or private residence (Dubai , Sharjah and Ajman only). The operator will contact you within 48hours of the tour date to confirm pick up location and time. Vegetarian, child meals and Kosher meals are available upon request on booking. Quad bikes are not included in the tour, but can be booked on site for an extra charge payable directly to the supplier. Child seats are available upon request.
Please note that pregnant ladies are not allowed to sit in the car for Dune Bashing. Pregnant ladies and older guests can be accommodated in a separate car and brought straight to the camp for dinner.
Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the supplier at any time. In the event of cancellation by the supplier due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.
In line with an increase in bookings, please note the below changes since there is limited capacity of 4x4 vehicles in the market:
When over 200 vehicles are booked, kindly note that we have to provide other 4x4 vehicles such as Nissan Patrol and Toyota Sequoia besides regular Land Cruisers.

24 Hours prior to the service date - No cancellation charge. After 24 hours on the service date or No show – 100% cancellation charge
