Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the supplier at any time. In the event of cancellation by the supplier due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.
Pick-up Timings:
01st November to February 14th – 16:30 HRS to 17:00 HRS
February 15th to May 14th – 17:00 HRS to 17:30 HRS

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 24h prior to the experience. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
