01st November to February 14th – 14:30 HRS to 15:00 HRS
February 15th to May 14th – 17:00 HRS to 17:30 HRS
*For Ajman and Sharjah pick-ups, please consider 30 minutes to 01 hour in advance.
The operator will contact you within 48hours of the tour date to confirm pick up location and time.

24 Hours prior to the service date - No cancellation charge. After 24 hours on the service date or No show – 100% cancellation charge
