Vegetarian, child meals and kosher meals are available upon request on booking.
Cruise timings are from 08:30pm – 10:30pm and boarding starts at 08:00pm.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before boarding time to avoid missing your trip. Late arrivals will be considered as no-show.
Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the supplier at any time. In the event of cancellation by the supplier due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellation has to be made before 10:00 AM on the day of the cruise. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
