As a summer special, there is a complimentary child ticket (up to 11 years old) included for every 2x paying adults for visits between May 1st and August 31st. Free entry can be requested at the attraction's counter. Any additional child tickets need to be purchased beforehand.
Know before you go
Vegetarian, child meals, and kosher meals are available upon request while booking.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the boarding time to avoid missing the trip. Late arrivals will be considered as no-show.
Transfers are only included for pick-up/ drop-off within most areas of Dubai and on a sharing basis.
For other locations (mentioned below), transfers can be booked through a supplement in the price.

Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the supplier at any time. In the event of cancellation by the supplier due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.

For a full refund, cancellations must be made before 10:00am on the day of the cruise. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
