Overview
Step on board a unique viewing platform and get up close to the largest performing fountains in the world! This is a truly extraordinary Dubai Fountains Experience, placing you on the Viewing Boardwalk on the Burj Lake, facing Souq Al Bahar, the Dubai Mall, and of course the mesmerising Dubai Fountains.
Know before you go
• Booked tickets are valid only for the specific date and time.
• Customers must first collect their tickets from the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions. Once collected, please proceed to the attraction and present your printed ticket along with your booking confirmation. Exchanged tickets must be presented upon entry and cannot be replaced if lost.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) and a consent form of the parent/s is required. Please note that when purchasing a ticket for a child or infant, an adult ticket must be selected. Children aged between 0 and 3 can enter for free.
Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.

Dubai Fountain:
Afternoon Shows
• Saturday – Thursday: 1:00 PM & 1:30 PM
• Friday: 2:00 PM & 2:30 PM
Evening Shows
• Daily: Every 30 minutes from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable
