Know before you go
•Summer Weekends access is valid only from Friday to Sunday, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
•This ticket provides access on the selected date only. Voucher redemption is not valid on alternative dates, and date changes are not permitted.
•lease select the correct ticket type based on the guest’s age and height requirements:
Child Ticket: For children aged 3–7 years AND under 1.2m in height. Children aged 3–7 years who are taller than 1.2m must purchase an Adult Ticket.
Adult Ticket: For guests aged 8 years and above AND 1.2m or taller.
Children aged 2 years and under enter free.
•Some rides and attractions have specific height restrictions. Guests must meet the required height criteria to access certain attractions.
•Appropriate swimwear is required. The following are not permitted:
•Beach thongs/flip-flops, transparent swimwear, underwear, denim clothing, or loose garments such as abayas and dishdashes in water attractions.
•Head scarves must be securely tied while using the waterpark attractions.
•Regular nappies/diapers are not permitted in pools or water attractions. Swim diapers may be required for young children.
Lockers and towel rentals are available at an additional charge.
•For safety reasons, some attractions may temporarily close during severe weather conditions. No refunds will be provided for attraction closures caused by weather.
•Operating hours, attractions and availability may change without prior notice. Please check the attraction’s official website for the latest updates before your visit.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the booked date.
