• Dress code: Smart Casual. Sleeveless t-shirts, swimwear, flip-flops, and sports shorts are not allowed. • Complimentary Valet parking is available whilst dining at Atlantis. • Discounts or vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with an existing promotion, theme, brunch, event, or special occasion. • We request our guest to inform us if they will be more than 15 minutes late for their reservation by calling restaurant reservations on +971 4 426 2626 to enable the restaurant to re-allocate their reservation depending upon availability. • For convenience, we recommend keeping a note of your confirmation number with you.
• Please note that, as per resort policy, big luggage is not allowed inside the restaurant and also cannot be stored at the venue. The luggage can only be kept at the reception of the hotel for hotel guests; guests not staying in Atlantis won't be able to store their bags. • Each reservation must be made under a unique guest name per booking.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before booked date. Late cancellations and no-shows will be fully charged.
