Know before you go
•Booked tickets are valid only for the selected date and time slot.
•Guests must first collect their tickets from the At The Top main counter located on the LG Level of Dubai Mall before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions.
•After ticket collection, guests should proceed to the attraction and present their printed ticket together with the booking confirmation. Lost exchanged tickets cannot be replaced.
•Each guest will receive an individual QR code, and every guest must present their own unique QR code for entry.
•Guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled booking time. Delays may occur during peak seasons.
•No-shows and late arrivals are strictly non-refundable.
•Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or above. A parental consent form may be required. Children aged 0–3 years can enter free of charge.
•Peak and non-peak timings may vary depending on the season. Please check the available booking slots for the latest timings.
•During severe weather conditions, the attraction may temporarily close for safety reasons. Refunds will not be provided due to weather-related closures.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable
