Travel through the desert interior, and don't forget to let your guide know if there are any specific sights on the route you'd like to explore. As this is a private tour, the itinerary can be tailored to your wishes.
As you head toward Hatta, witness the landscapes change from open expanses to dunes, and the rocky foothills of the Hajar Mountains. Hear from your guide about Hatta itself, an old trading settlement known for its historical fort and rock pools nestled in the mountain slopes. Stop to enjoy a breakfast picnic before continuing to Jebel Maleihah, also knows as Fossil Rock. This rocky outcrop looms from the sands and is named after the ancient marine fossils embedded in its slopes.
Your next stop is the Hatta Honeybee Garden. You'll learn all about the fascinating art of beekeeping and honey making. Afterwards, you'll make your way through the imposing Hajjar mountains to Hatta Dam providing amazing views to make many a shutterbug happy.
Your adventure concludes with a drive back to the city.

• Children under the age of five are not allowed to join this tour
• Vegetarian options are available for the picnic box. This preference should be mentioned at the time of booking
• The local tour operator reserves the right to cancel any part of the scheduled programs because of government decisions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other similar circumstances
• Guests visiting the UAE during the summer months (June – September) are advised that peak daytime temperatures sometimes reach 42 – 45 degrees Celsius. Humidity levels can also exceed 90 percent during this period. We recommend all our guests to take adequate precaution.
• The duration of the actual tour is about four to five hours, but the transfer time from and to the hotels in Dubai may take another 60–90 minutes depending on traffic conditions and time of day
• The operator will contact you within 24h to 48h of the tour date to confirm pick up location and time.
• Winter pick-up time from 1st October 2024 is approximately between 7:30am and 8:00am
