IMPORTANT: DUBZ doesn't provide any service to passengers travelling to the US per the airline's requirements.
Please call Dubz on +971 4 352 9189, to confirm availability for your preferred date and time. If a booking is made without prior checks, please note that the booking is not final and is subject to availability. The supplier will confirm availability within 24-48 hours, and you’ll be notified of the status once verified. Additional details required by DUBZ : Address of the guest, Flight Number, Travel Date, Total Number of Passengers & the total Number of Bags. Pricing includes up to four bags for your convenience. Our customer support team will contact you to arrange for pick up from your desired location. Home Check-In is subject to airline choice and availability. The contracted airlines are Emirates, Flydubai, Saudia, Kuwait Airways and Gulf Air. Service is subject to final confirmation.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 8 hours in advance of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
