Know before you go
• Customers must first collect their tickets from the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions.
Once collected, please proceed to the attraction and present your printed ticket along with your booking confirmation. Exchanged tickets must be presented upon entry and cannot be replaced if lost.
• Booked tickets are valid only for the specific date
• No, re-entry is not permitted. Your ticket is valid for one entry only.
• Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the the expected entry time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season.
• Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience.
• No outside food or drink allowed.
• Large bags and/or strollers must be kept at the dedicated luggage counter.
• Sharp items and electronics must be left at the dedicated counter.
• During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.
• The following items are prohibited from being carried inside At the Top, Burj Khalifa:
e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, Skate shoes or any footwear with wheels, Laptops, Tablets, Electronic cigarettes, etc., and baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and are to be kept in the luggage room.

1. For Glass-Bottom Boat Rides, make your way to Underwater Zoo on Level 2. Rides depart every 10 to 20 minutes. With a capacity of 10 people per boat. Departure time is subject to availability.
2. Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (15+ years old).
3. Not applicable for children below 2 years of age.
4. Not applicable for pregnant guests.
5. During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.
6. To redeem AED 20 retail voucher, a minimum spend of AED 40 per voucher is required. Voucher is valid only in the official Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo retail store on the same day.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable
