Know before you go
•Please provide your email and WhatsApp number at the time of booking. In case of any changes in timing, this will enable the teams to communicate effectively. •Check-in closes 45 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals may be denied boarding and tickets are non-refundable.
•Maximum of 6 passengers per shared helicopter flight.
•Original passport or a valid government-issued photo ID is required for all passengers.
•Accurate passenger weight must be provided when requested during the booking process.
•The maximum weight per passenger on shared flights is 110 kg. Passengers exceeding this limit must purchase an additional seat by contacting the supplier in advance.
•Children aged 2 years and above require their own seat. Children between 2 and 12 years must travel with a responsible adult.
•Pregnant guests up to 32 weeks may fly; however, medical consultation is recommended before booking.
•Guests with limited mobility who can independently board the aircraft are welcome to fly with a companion if assistance is required.
•Wear comfortable clothing and secure, flat footwear. High heels, loose clothing, long scarves and unsecured accessories are not permitted.
•All passengers must pass through a mandatory security screening before boarding.
•Large bags, backpacks and handbags are not permitted on board and must be stored in the lockers provided. Essential medical bags may be allowed, subject to approval.
