This fantastic 60-minute experience comprises a full hour soaring in the skies over Dubai, giving you a comprehensive overview of the city, its outskirts, world-famous attractions, and manmade islands. Know before you go
•Maximum Capacity: Each helicopter accommodates up to 6 passengers.
•Group Weight Limit: The combined weight for a private flight must not exceed 450 kg across all passengers.
•If Your Group Exceeds 450 kg: Flights may still be possible, but advance coordination with the reservations team is mandatory.
• Flight approval is subject to operational factors such as fuel load, weather conditions, wind, and humidity.
•Passenger Weight: Accurate passenger weight must be provided when requested. Failure to provide correct information may result in the flight being cancelled, and the ticket will be non-refundable.
•Check-In: Please arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in and the mandatory safety briefing.
•Identification: All passengers must present a valid original passport or official government-issued photo ID.
•Contact Details: Please provide a valid email address and WhatsApp number at the time of booking to receive any important flight updates or schedule changes.
•Seating: Seating arrangements are determined by passenger weight and aircraft balance. While seat requests can be noted, they cannot be guaranteed.
•Children: Children over 2 years old require their own seat. Children aged 2–12 years must travel with a parent or legal guardian.
•Pregnancy: Pregnant guests up to 32 weeks may fly. Guests are advised to consult their healthcare provider before travelling if they have any concerns.
•Accessibility: People of Determination who are able to board the aircraft independently or with the assistance of a companion are welcome to participate.
