Know before you go
Pick-up Timings:
November 01st to February 14th – 15:00 HRS
The pick up and drop off option is at your hotel or private residence (Dubai , Sharjah & Ajman only) . The operator will contact you within 48hours of the tour date to confirm pick up location and time. We can arrange special meals if requested upon booking. Quad bikes are not included in the tour, can be booked on site with extra charge payable directly to the supplier. Pregnant ladies can be accommodated by not doing the dune bashing but brought straight to camp. Child seats are available upon request.
Please note that pregnant ladies are not allowed to sit in the car for dune bashing. Pregnant ladies and older guests can be accommodated in a separate car and brought straight to the camp for dinner.
Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the supplier at any time. In the event of cancellation by the supplier due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the experience. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
