• Pick-up times: October – February: 14:30h-15:30h. March-May: 15:00h-16:00h. June – September: 15:30h-16:30h. •The Operator will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm pick-up location and time. If not reached, call 04-4409827. • No pick-up from private residences unless a private car is booked. • Adequate travel insurance recommended for unforeseen circumstances. • Children over 5 years old and under 12 years old will be accepted at the child rate. • A private car booking is required if traveling with children under 5 years old. • Children’s seats are available. • Vegetarian/Child meals/Kosher meals are available upon request on booking. •Due to health concerns, the wildlife drive is not recommended for pregnant guests in their third trimester.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before booked date. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
