•Group Weight Limit: The combined passenger weight limit for a private flight is 450 kg distributed across all 6 passengers.
•Groups Exceeding 450 kg: Flights may still be possible; however, advance coordination with the reservations team is required. The team will assess operational factors such as fuel capacity, wind conditions, humidity, and aircraft performance to determine a suitable flight time.
•Passenger Weight Information: Accurate passenger weight details must be provided when requested. Failure to provide correct information may result in flight cancellation, and the ticket will be non-refundable.
•Seating Arrangement: Final seating allocation is determined based on the total passenger weight to ensure safe aircraft balance. Seat requests may be considered but cannot be guaranteed in advance.
•Check-In Time: All passengers must arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time for check-in and safety procedures.
•Identification Requirement: All passengers must present an original passport or official government-issued photo ID before boarding.

•Children Policy:
Children over 2 years old must have their own seat and cannot sit on an adult’s lap.

Cancellation policy
