The ticket does not include the slide experience nor the edge walk, those can be purchased through a supplement directly at the attraction's counter.
*Kindly be informed that lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, and baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and will be kept in the luggage room.
*Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
*Guests participating in the Sky Slide experience must be between 1.2m - 2m in height, and 30kg – 150kg.
*We recommend that guests wear comfortable clothing for this experience, including modest dress.
*Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing medical conditions so they can ensure you enjoy the best possible experience>
* Access will be restricted to all outdoor terraces on 31st of December. Available booking slots are from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM. Sky Views Observatory will be open from 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM. The attractions expect road closures from the Authorities and limited entry to the Dubai Mall from 02:00 PM onwards.
