Tickets are valid only for the specified date and time.
Guests should arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time. Late arrivals and no-shows can't be compensated.
This tour may be cancelled due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances. If cancelled, you may book a different date or ask for a refund.
Child pricing is applicable for children between the ages three and 12 years old. For safety reasons, children under the age of two years old are not allowed to take part in this tour. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least two days prior to the scheduled date. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
