Know before you go
• Kindly be informed that lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, and baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and are to be kept in the luggage room.
• One souvenir is applicable per combo ticket, specific item will be selected as per the attraction’s discretion.
• The physical ticket must be presented at the retail counter (ground floor) and scanned for collection of the souvenir.
• Ticket is valid only for general admission entry of L124/125.
• Same-day redemption at the ground level of the At the Top Retails shop.
• Souvenirs cannot be combined or exchanged with any other retail product.
•Access will be restricted to all outdoor terraces on 31st of December. Available booking slots are from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM. The attractions expect road closures from the Authorities and limited entry to the Dubai Mall from 02:00 PM onwards.
