Know before you go
• The yacht selection varies depending on weather conditions and/or capacity requirements to make sure you have plenty of space and the smoothest of rides. • No footwear is to be worn on board. • Have your booking confirmation ready, either on your phone or as a printout, and a valid ID.• Lifejackets are available on board. • Arrive 30 minutes before departure. Boarding and briefing will begin 10 minutes before departure.
• Kindly provide us with your preferred time so we can confirm the booking, subject to availability.
• Tour timings may change depending on the season. If there are any changes, guests will be informed in advance and given the option to reschedule.
• The tour may need to be rescheduled or cancelled due to operational reasons, for the safety of guests and crew. We will do our best to notify you in advance in such cases.
• This tour depends on weather and approvals from the Coastguard and National Guard. For safety reasons, the supplier may cancel the tour at any time. In case of cancellation due to weather or official restrictions, we will do our best to reschedule the tour or offer a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the booked activity date. No-shows and late cancellations are strictly non-refundable.
