Know before you go
• This experience requires a minimum of 2 guests. •Quad bike rider must be at least 16 years old. •A valid passport copy or Emirates ID copy for each passenger is mandatory at the time of booking, in accordance with Gulf Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulations. •All guests must upload their required documents, sign the waiver and complete online check-in through following link:https://balloonflightswaiver.com/ •A valid WhatsApp number is required to receive pickup details and operational updates. •The exact pickup time will be communicated by the Balloon Flights team between 07:00 PM and 08:30 PM the day before your flight. •Please arrive at your pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. •Comfortable, casual clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. High heels are not permitted. •Balloon flights are weather dependent, and the pilot has the final authority on whether the flight can operate safely. •Sharing transfer is not available from Palm jebel Ali, Expo, Dubai investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport ,Al khawaneej, Al -Aweer , Dubai south , Damac Hills , Sharjah and other emirates. •Private transfers are available from Dubai and other emirates at an additional cost. (up to 6 guests)
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the booked time are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booked time and no-shows are non-refundable.
