Know before you go
• Please note that the pick-up time for your tour will depend on your location, please reconfirm your pick-up location and time, by calling call us on + 971 800 272 2426 or sending us a WhatsApp +971 42748803 at least 24 hours before your booked excursion. Our customer support operational hours are 0700hrs to 2100hrs UAE time.
• Please ensure you are in the lobby at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time and inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour or Safari. Our team on the ground will not be able to contact you if you are unavailable at the pick-up point at the designated date and time. Valid voucher copy to be presented upon meeting your guide.
•Note: Drivers must bring their valid driver’s license (issued by any country). Drivers should be 16 years and above.
•Effective 17th February 2023, the security deposit of AED 5,000 (by cash or credit card) will be taken at the venue prior to the Dune Buggy Adventure piloting experience. Once the experience is complete with no damages, this amount will be returned in full. This activity is not wheelchair accessible, not recommended for expectant mothers or guests with back problems or heart ailments.
•All dune buggies are 4-wheel drive and fully automatic; with seat belts, roll cages and off-road suspension. Protective gear such as helmet, gloves and goggles are provided with full safety briefing.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
