•Check in at the At the Top main counter (LG level, Dubai Mall) to collect your tickets before visiting any other Dubai Mall Emaar attractions.
•Lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food, sharp items, and baby strollers are not allowed inside At the Top; these should be stored in the luggage room.
•Present your voucher at the counter to exchange for a ticket before entering each attraction.
•December 31st Restrictions: Outdoor terraces will be closed; road closures may limit Dubai Mall access after 2:00 PM. Booking slots are from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
•Dubai Opera Photography: Photography is encouraged, but avoid taking photos of other guests, staff, or artists without permission.
•Any tour ticket discounts apply only on the tour day and cannot be combined with other offers.
