•15 minute self drive quad bike ride • All transfers are provided on shared basis • Minimum age: 12 years and sign a mandatory waiver form • Reconfirm your pick-up location and time at least 24 hours before your excursion by calling +971 800 272 2426 or sending a WhatsApp to +971 4274 8803. • Customer support is available from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM UAE time • Be in the lobby at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time. • Inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour. • Upon presenting the booking voucher, customers will receive a token that can be used for the quads at any time throughout the evening.
Child/Infant Policy: Children/infants under 4 years old are free of charge (FOC). Please share the child/infant’s age and seat requirements with our team at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
