Know before you go
• Reconfirm your pick-up location and time at least 24 hours before your excursion by calling +971 800 272 2426 or sending a WhatsApp to +971 4274 8803. • Customer support is available from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM UAE time • Be in the lobby at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time. • Inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour. Transfers are shared, with seating available for six guests and one safari guide. One seat next to the safari guide, three seats in the middle row, and two seats in the back row. Seats are not pre-allocated, and we implement a 'seat rotation' policy.
Children aged 5-12 can join in a shared vehicle. Car seats must be requested and booked in advance by calling +971 4 303-4888 or emailing [email protected] with the booking reference number.
Children under 5 years (0-4.99 years) are not permitted on off-road safaris and cannot be booked in a shared vehicle.
Please share the child seat requirements with our team at the time of booking.
Additionally:
• Charge applies for children aged 5 and above on the Quad and Buggy Lisaili Combo. Under 4 years are still free of charge (FOC)
• Quad Disclaimer: The minimum age to drive a quad bike is 12 years, and all participants must sign a waiver form.
• Buggy Disclaimer: The minimum age for the buggy passenger experience is 12 years, and all participants must sign a waiver form.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
