The multi-sensory art experience will include massive transformative artworks, taking guests on a sensory-rich journey that transcends the ordinary. The artworks aim to engage sight, sound, and touch, encouraging guests to expand the way they feel, connect and interact with the world around them.
Sitting at the intersection of art, science, and technology, the artworks do not exist independently; the environment creates various phenomena that become the artwork, offering a dynamic, ever-evolving guest experience and ensuring that no two visits will be the same.
Know before you go
• Daily operational hours are 10:00 AM – 7:00PM. teamLab Phenomena’s operating hours may still vary on special events and holidays, so before you head out, make sure to review our schedule for any updates. Last admission is one hour before closing.
• Weekday Access (Monday – Friday): Tickets are valid for entry between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Guests may enter the venue at any time during this window without the need to reserve a specific timeslot.
• Weekend Access (Saturday and Sunday): Tickets are valid for entry between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Similarly, guests may visit during this period without a prior timeslot booking.
• Guests arriving after 4:00 PM on weekdays or after 1:00 PM on weekends may be denied entry, as per our updated operational policy.
• Tickets are non- refundable and non-exchangeable.
• No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
• Tickets are open-dated and valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.
• Children 3 years old and below can enter for free.
• There is no requirement to pre-book for individual tickets or small groups. However, for larger group visits, we kindly ask you to notify us in advance by contacting [email protected] so our team can plan accordingly.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed within the premises.
• The average experience time is approximately 2.5hours but there is no time limit. Enjoy unlimited time inside, but re-entry is not permitted.
• By visiting, guests grant teamLab Phenomena permission to use photographs and/or audiovisual recordings they may appear in, for any purpose.
• Children aged 12 and under are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the premises.
• Certain artworks may have height restrictions for safety reasons. Please make sure to check before entering with your child.
• For artworks featuring water elements, we recommend that children wear clothes that they don’t mind getting wet or bring a change of attire. Adults are suggested to wear something that can be easily folded up to your knees might also be a good idea to avoid getting your clothes wet. To enter these areas, you will be required to remove your shoes. Lockers are available free of charge.
• The exhibition may feature dark spaces and uneven terrain, so please hold on to your child’s hand and keep them close at all times.
• While you’re welcome to take photos and videos for personal use, tripods and other equipment, such as monopods, selfie sticks or flashlights, are not allowed in the exhibition area.
• Running, rough play, or any sort of disruptive behaviour that may pose a risk to other visitors, staff, or artwork is strictly prohibited.
• Flat-soled shoes must be worn. Heels are not permitted.
• Please be aware that certain UV lights, flashes, and fog are used in our artworks.
