Know before you go
Arrive 30 minutes before your experience/tour start time. Wear closed-toe, soft-soled shoes. Sandals or high heels are not allowed. Any abusive behaviour or safety violations will be penalized or reported to authorities as necessary. Alcohol cannot be consumed in the period before your driver's experience. Any accidents that occur due to the influence of alcohol will be reported to authorities, and drivers will be liable for damages incurred.

Full refund or reschedule is allowed if cancelled 24 hours prior to the booked timeslot.
Late cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows are strictly non-refundable.
