Passenger must be between 150 cms and 190 cms tall.
Passenger should not weigh over 105 kgs.
Arrive 20 - 30 minutes prior to your experience/tour start time.
Passenger should be atleast 14 years of age.
Passengers between 14 and 19 years of age will require parental permission.
Wear clothes covering your arms and legs.
Training shoes are mandatory, no sandals or high heels.
Any abusive behaviour or safety violations will lead to penalizing or be reported to authorities as necessary.

Full refund or reschedule is allowed if cancelled 24 hours prior to the booked timeslot.
