Applicable Time Slots: To optimize guest flow and elevator capacity, this product will be valid during the following time windows:
05:00 – 12:30 Non-Prime Hours,
15:00 – 18:00 Prime Hours,
20:00 – 23:00 Non-Prime Hours,
• 15 tickets per time slot available for both Prime and Non Prime Hours
• Offers priority access (not immediate), similar to process of At the Top Burj Khalifa - The Lounge.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable
• Dated and timed only
• Upgrades are not permitted.
• Queue fast pass offers priority access, not full skip-the-line entry.
Guest Identification, To facilitate fast lane handling:
• Fast Track guests = White Sticker (new).
Guests booked on this activity will follow the same entry lane as Sky and Lounge visitors. *subject to operational requirement.
Kindly be informed that lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, and baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and are to be kept in the luggage room.
Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund. 31st DEC - Access will be restricted to all outdoor terraces. The attractions expects road closures from the Authorities and limited entry to the Dubai Mall from 02:00 PM onwards.
